All items we sell are carefully inspected before shipping, to ensure they arrive with the customer in good order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods and inform us within 3 days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund, upon inspection. They need to be in the original packaging where possible.
We are happy to exchange items if they are found to be faulty on delivery, and we are notified within 3 days of the customers receipt of the product.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing where possible.
If you need to return an order purchased in error, please note you may be charged a returns postage and restocking charge.
