Evans Vanodine Descale is a highly effective, concentrated, acid-based solution specifically formulated for use in automatic machines and equipment, particularly in industrial settings.

This powerful descaling agent excels at swiftly removing limescale and heavy soiling, ensuring optimal performance of all types of industrial automatic dish and glasswashing machines.

Its safe formulation allows for use on stainless steel and a variety of kitchen equipment, making it an essential product for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in commercial kitchens.

For optimal results in dish and glasswashing machines,

• Users should first switch off the dosing pump and fill the machine with clean water.
• A 5% solution is prepared by adding 2 liters of Evans Vanodine Descale to every 40 liters of machine capacity.
• After allowing the solution to sit for 2-3 minutes, the machine should be activated to circulate the solution for 5-10 minutes.
• Following this, the solution must be drained, and the machine should be refilled with fresh water for an additional 3 minutes of circulation before draining again.
• To complete the process, it is recommended to air dry the machine by leaving the door open and then switching on the dosing pumps.

When descaling bain maries, boilers, tea, and coffee urns,

• the product should be diluted at a ratio of 1:25 with warm water,  using 200 ml of Evans Vanodine Descale per 5 liters of water.
• The solution should be poured into the vessel and allowed to soak for 5 minutes.
• After soaking, it is important to drain the solution, scrub the surfaces with a stiff brush, and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Regular descaling is crucial to maintain the efficiency of the machines and to extend the lifespan of the heating elements, ensuring that equipment operates at peak performance.
